# Step 2: Choose an Option

Second step to generate a Customer Overlap Index.

-> You can choose from three options to generate the COI.\
Each option has its own advantages and drawbacks.\
For examaple:\
**`Hubspot:`** \
it’s easier to sync your customer data and generate customer personas regularly without manually uploading or syncing data, unlike Google Sheets or CSV.\
*->* You need to connect your HubSpot account via the ‘My Apps’ section before using it\
\
**`Google Sheet:`** \
You can store your customer data in a Google Sheet and connect it by pasting your Google Sheet link.\
*->* You need to connect your Google Sheets account via the ‘My Apps’ section before using it.

**`Manual Upload:`** \
You can simply upload a file containing your customer data.\
*->* No additional setup is required

If you’re unable to connect your Google Sheet, go to ‘My Apps’ and connect your Google account to Google Sheets before using it.<br>
