# Step 2: Choose from options

-> You can find three options for generating the COI\
All 3 options have its drawbacks and advantages.\
For Ex:\
`Hubspot :` Its easier to sync up your new userdata to generate customer persona more often without manually coming and syncing as compared to other GS or uploading CSV options.\
\&#xNAN;*-> Need to connect your google sheet account via 'My Apps' section before using it.*

`Google Sheet :` You can host your customer data in google sheet and connect it via pasting your google sheet link.\
\&#xNAN;*-> Need to connect your google sheet account via 'My Apps' section before using it.*

`Manual Upload :` You can simply upload file containing your customer data.\
\&#xNAN;*-> No additional setup needed.*
