# HubSpot

Connect HubSpot with Sharkdom to sync your CRM data and manage partner deals and opportunities.

### &#x20;How to Connect HubSpot to Sharkdom

**Step 1: Go to "My Apps" in Sharkdom**

* **Log in to Sharkdom:** [https://www.sharkdom.com](https://www.sharkdom.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
* From the left-side menu, navigate to **My Apps**.

**Step 2: Select Your Data Source**

* In **My Data**, under **Data Source**, click **Connect** under HubSpot.
* A pop-up will appear asking you to choose your data source.
* Select **HubSpot** and click **Connect**.

**Step 3: Authorize Sharkdom to Access Your HubSpot Account**

* You will be redirected to the HubSpot authorization page.
* **Log in** with your HubSpot admin credentials.
* Review and grant the necessary permissions.
* Click **Connect App** to complete the authorization.

**Note:**\
We use a secure OAuth process. Sharkdom does not access your HubSpot data without your permission.<br>

#### What Happens After Connection?

Once your HubSpot account is connected:

**1. Sync Leads to HubSpot CRM**

* Leads generated through Sharkdom's Partner Programs will be automatically pushed into your HubSpot CRM as new contacts.
* This helps you manage your partner relationships more effectively.

**2. Import Customer Contacts to "My Data"**

* You can pull your existing HubSpot contacts into Sharkdom.
* These contacts will be shown in the **My Data** section.
* You can segment them and use Sharkdom's **Customer Persona Overlap** tool to generate valuable insights.

**3. Partner Field Mapping**

*(Map Opportunities Against Target Accounts)*

* When importing data, you will be asked to map HubSpot fields, such as **Name, Company, and Email**, to Sharkdom properties.
* Sharkdom automatically suggests the best mappings, but you can manually adjust them.

#### Mandatory and Optional Fields

| **Optional (Recommended)** | Industry, Contact Number |

Capturing these fields ensures better partner recommendations and customer matching.
