### How to Configure and Use Zoho CRM with Sharkdom

**Overview**

Sharkdom allows you to sync your customers, deals, and contact pipeline from Zoho CRM to Sharkdom, keeping all your partner data in one place. Any actions taken in Zoho CRM will automatically sync with Sharkdom, depending on how frequently you want the data to be synced.

#### How to Connect Zoho CRM to Your Sharkdom Account

1. **Log in to Sharkdom**\
   Sign in using your Sharkdom account and navigate to **"My Integrations."**

2. **Connect Your Zoho CRM**\
   Select Zoho CRM from the integrations and log in to your Zoho CRM account.

3. **Click on "Map Fields"**\
   *(If your Zoho CRM app is not connected, you may see "Connect CRM" instead.)*

Allow Sharkdom permission to read and save pipeline data for Account Mapping.

**Note:** Sharkdom does not have any control over this pipeline syncing. The client who imports the data remains the sole owner of this data. Sharkdom only displays relevant fields to your partners with common opportunities.

4. **Choose the Pipeline Data You Want to Import**\
   Choose the contacts, companies, and deals that you want to import into Sharkdom. If you are doing this for the first time, the initial import may take some time.
